For those who have visited this site before, you will probably notice that while the site itself looks a little new and different, the posts themselves don’t actually look so new or different. There is a reason for this and it goes as such: I’ve been a bit busy. But what kind of excuse is that? Not a good one. I have 5 videos shot and they just need to be edited, which is time consuming, but I shall get to em soon!
I have one that I will post soon that I shot the other day with Graham Hill from treehugger.com and David de Rothschild from Adventure Ecology – where David gives Graham a walk through on his project “The Plastiki Expedition 2009” – pretty wild and interesting stuff. So – please check back as I promise ye I will have something new.
Lastly, I appreciate all of the comments that people have been leaving here and on Vimeo. Once I get another post up – I will go back and bust out some of that responding stuff.
Thanks. Glenn
Oh – also, a big thanks to Marty Sullens for helping out so much with the site! Nice work!

Digging the new look hippie! Don’t forget the About section too. Looking forward to the video!
More videos!! I think you should have your own podcast, the content is great.
Took yah long enough, haha been waiting since you first launched the site.
Nice one Hippie, what rig do you shoot with for R3. Cool site. Dont for get to bust some funnies back at Alex and K’Dog. Cheers Moss
very interesting stuff, hipps. Yeah, I was hoping you’d update soon and eager to see more………….
The new design is beautiful! What a massive improvement. Definitely gives you a “wow” factor when you visit here. Easily one of the top 10, maybe even top 5, website designs I’ve seen. Very “earthy” feeling!
I’ve been watching this space since the beginning, so far? Awesome. Although in the future I would definitely like to see more “hippie foods”! I’m a total want-to-be health nut and I love organic healthy foods! Some full meal recipes would be great. I’m finding it rather difficult to be “creative” and it seems like my meal options are so orientated around boring salads lately. Its so much easier to just go to Taco Bell or pick up a pizza from the local grocery store instead of trying to figure out how to create a decent meal that isn’t completely loaded with only god knows what. Eating healthy without starving yourself is hard! T_T
Keep up the good work! The site is looking great!
Love the new design and looking forward to new videos! For a short while you had a recipe of the day thing going on. Any plans on having that again?
Love the new look, Hippie Glenn! Looking forward to some more vids!
Your font, colour combination makes me dizzy.
Hmm, what do you suggest? Have you looked at the site from a different computer than what you mostly use – I don’t seem to get that but will definitely look into it if it’s an overall observation by many. Would suck to have people not check out the site because they get sick and dizzy like.
Thanks! Trying to get caught up with stuff. I’ve been rather busy with many projects lately – maybe I should post these to dirt salad as well so people don’t think I’m just blowing things off.
Yes! Kristin (my girlfriend and therapeutic chef extraordinaire) shall be getting more involved soon – and posting more info. She also has a cookbook coming out soon, so maybe we can post some excerpts from that up here as well.
Foods are on their way! I just need to quite my day jobs. or get help. currently opting for second option. want to do the video’s in a way that makes it as easy and straight forward as possible. is a pain in the arse to cook well for oneself. thanks Josh!
not even close to what i consider a vegetarian but ill be watching and trying if you teach me a bit!
Whoa crazy. I was just here in my miniature Tokyo apartment surfing the web when I saw your name on somebody else’s website and I was like, Glenn wha? I know that guy. Your videos are good as hell. They make me want to get out of bed and do something with my life. Sure hope that wears off soon.
haha – TH! awesome comment as usual! hope all is going well in yonder Japan, crazy times indeed. stay safe and hope to see ya soon homie!
