Therapeutic Chef – Book Cover (download)

As most of you know, Kristin recently self-published her 1st cookbook “Therapeutic Chef: Recipes to Prevent Cancer, Heart Disease and Diabetes.” – available via Amazon. While the title may sound a bit intense, I assure you that this book is for everyone, regardless of whether you’re trying to prevent illness or not. I have eaten the vast majority of these recipes and can say that beyond their therapeutic healthy value – they are all extremely tasty and satisfying – whether you’re a vegetarian or not.
I recently finished going through the book myself and thought that I should post a few of the pages that I think make this book so valuable. I will also include a few recipes that are in the book that you can try out, as well as some pages and recipes names of other personal favorites. Hope you enjoy!

Great List. Can’t wait to try some of these recipes.
I picked this up from Amazon after reading some of these recipes. I must say, this may be the best cookbook I’ve owned. Everything sounds delicious and I try a new recipe almost daily. I’m vegetarian and this book is tempting me to become vegan.
Does Kirsten have a blog or twitter or anything? I’d love to have her opinion on things like the varieties of store-bought soy milk and recipe tweaks.
cool – just read your comment to Kristin, that’s awesome to hear, glad you’re enjoying it! Kristin’s website/blog is http://therapeuticchef.com/ and her twitter is @vegchef
